How do I earn credits?
You start with 10 free credits at signup. Posting a Hot lead earns +5, Warm +3, Cold +1, with a conversion bonus (+3 poster / +2 claimer) when a deal closes. Referrals also pay out +5 when the invitee posts their first lead.
What if a claimed lead turns out to be bad?
You can return a claimed lead within the contact window for a 50% refund (the poster keeps their post credits). Use the Return action on the lead page and share a short reason — it helps us catch repeat-offender posters.
Is the customer's contact info safe?
Customer name, phone, and email are encrypted at rest and masked in marketplace listings. Only the poster and the banker who claims the lead can see them. We never sell or share customer data with third parties.
Can I get a refund on purchased credits?
Razorpay charges are non-refundable once captured. If a charge is wrong (double-billed, didn't credit your account, etc.), email us and we'll fix it.
