Every day, RMs and product specialists hear about customers who'd be a great fit for a colleague at a different bank — and there's no clean way to pass the lead along. We're building the missing rail.

The problem

Cross-sell targets aren't going down. Customers don't fit one bank neatly. When you can't help someone — they want an NRI mortgage, or a forex card, or a working-capital line — the conversation just dies, and the relationship goes cold.

Meanwhile, somewhere in the same city, another banker has exactly the target you'd like to hit and no pipeline for it.

What LeadBarter is

A peer-to-peer marketplace where bank employees post surplus customer leads and claim leads in categories where they need help. No money changes hands between users. Credits are earned for posting and converting, and spent to claim — keeping incentives aligned on quality over volume.
